Oh, apart from the fact that I realised that sulfuric acid forms in your eyes due to some thingy that the cells in the onion releases and gets oxidised in the air. Tears form so that it can wash away the sulfuric acid in your eyes. The wonderful combination of chemistry and biology.

And so the woman (with rather horrible make up) said something (actually a lot) of things that made me think if we're studying for the sake of ourselves or the next generation or for the benefits of singapore. I mean, like the way she phrased everything made it sound as if we're just tools being used by the government to help singapore reach greater heights whatever. Perhaps.
