You get to be councillors, exco members even if you break the rules.
Everyone knows that you break those rules, but the teachers don't know.
and that is all that matters. isnt it?
so what if you actually do what you're supposed to do, and in fact more than that.
as long as no one sees it, no one will acknowledge it.
It depends on your damn luck isnt it?
Lucky: teacher sees all the things that you do.
Unlucky: Do as much as you want, but teachers don't see a single thing. Even worse, all they see is you laughing and talking in class.

And the best thing to top that?
Have someone that loves to rat on you in class.
